College Students
Being in or preparing for college can be a daunting experience. In OT we are here to support you with study skills, setting goals, understanding your learning needs and providing you with strategies to make your everyday life easier to find enjoyment in your role as a student. Maybe you need some support in overcoming anxiety, coping with sensory overload, or organising your everyday life. Whatever your stage or concerns, OT is here to help.

Adults with Intellectual Disability

Whether you would like to be more independent in your everyday life or a dealing with sensory based challenges, OT can help. We visit you at your home, residential centre or day service, and get to know you as a person and what is important to you. We can teach you new ways of doing things which matter to you and help your staff to learn the best ways to support you.
